Respect – Respect for others and yourself creates a better atmosphere for learning and training. Respect helps create long-lasting relationships, which makes lives more rewarding.
Perseverance - The most rewarding things in life are those, which usually require most effort. Through your training you will acquire that spirit, and the discipline to achieve higher successes than you ever thought possible.
Patience – Martial Arts training is all about striving to move from a level of perfection. One has to be dedicated, disciplined, and patient to achieve this, but once you do, it will be one of your proudest accomplishments in your life.
